Our midtown international banking client is looking to engage a consultant with a deep background as a ServiceNow developer. Initially expected to be a 6 month assingment, and the option to renew for longer OR the option to convert to an employee of the client is likely thereafter. You
will be the sole ServiceNow developer and be responsible for all development deliverables for the America - approx 450 people. The international parent company has over 12000 employees.
In this role you will manage the existing 3rd part vendor who assists with ServiceNow "business-as-usual " activities.
You must be highly proficient with the following: ITSM - IT Service Managment ITOM - IT Operation Management ServiceNow APIs Portal knowledge Customer Management CMS pages. Mid Server integration with Active Directory experience, specifically LDAP Integration with Salesforce would be a very strong nice to have skill, Some ServiceNow Admin skills would be important to have, as well You must understand the catalogs and have strong oral and written communication skills.
Will work daily with business partners to gather their requirements.
Finance/Banking experience is a nice-to-have
